WEBSITE OPERATION & BOOKING PROCESSING: This website is operated by Repsaj Voyage Limited, incorporated and registered in England and Wales (Company Registration Number 14783182) whose registered office is at 1-7 Rostrevor Mews, Fulham, London, SW6 5AZ, England. Bookings will be processed by Repsaj Voyage Limited, a UK based company, that is contracted to provide bookings by Villa Mabrouka. By completing a booking on this site, you authorise Repsaj Voyage Ltd to share your details with Villa Mabrouka so they can prepare for your stay.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Please read these booking terms and conditions carefully as they apply to all bookings made with Villa Mabrouka. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Reservation staff have discretion to vary these terms and conditions to meet clients’ requirements. Any variation must be agreed in writing before a deposit is paid, confirmation issued and a binding contract comes into existence.

YOUR CONTRACT: By completing a booking, Repsaj Voyage Ltd (the booking agent) will collect payment for the principal contracting party, JC Tangier SARL, trading as “Villa Mabrouka.”

STANDARD RATE GUARANTEE / CANCELLATION POLICY: A refundable deposit of 100 percent of the full stay including tax is required and will be charged at time of booking, excludes city tax. Reservations must be cancelled by 12pm local time at least 30 days prior to arrival or 100 percent of the total stay will be charged. A “no show charge” of 100 percent of the full stay including tax is payable. Once the contract is made, it is our responsibility to provide you with what you have booked and it is your responsibility to pay for the accommodation. If you fail to do so, your booking may be cancelled and you will be liable to pay cancellation charges. All relevant documentation will be sent to you via email. It is important to check carefully all the details of your booking once you receive it and to contact us immediately if you have any queries. We will not be responsible for any information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address. The service charge of 10% can be paid upon check out.

ENTIRE HOTEL BOOKINGS: When booking all rooms in the villa, a 100% non-refundable payment is required. A mandatory 10% service charge will be applied.

INSURANCE: It is strongly recommended that you and all members of your party have adequate travel insurance to cover the cost of cancellation, curtailment, medical, repatriation expenses, loss of luggage, personal effects, damages, personal injury and money/valuable belongings. We will not be responsible for any loss of, or damage to guests’ property left in guests’ rooms and/or the hotel at any time. Laundry – The hotel cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, shrinkage, or discoloration of garments.

OUR PRICE GUARANTEE: Prices on our website do change from time to time; prices can go up as well as down and you will be able to determine your up-to-date price for your chosen accommodation prior to confirming your booking. Please note once you have agreed a price and made your booking this is the price you pay. If the price decreases, you are not entitled to the accommodation at the changed rate.

MINORS: We will not accept bookings from minors. You must be 18 years of age or over and have legal capacity. Villa Mabrouka does not accommodate minors (a person under the age of 14), unless the hotel is reserved privately, in its entirety. Children over the age of 5 are permitted in our restaurants. Minors staying at or visiting Villa Mabrouka must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

SPECIAL REQUESTS: If you have any special requests that do not form part of the standard accommodation services as described in this website (for example dietary needs) please let us know before booking. We will endeavour to satisfy such requests, but unfortunately these cannot be guaranteed.

SMOKING POLICY: Please note that smoking is not permitted within the villa, associated buildings and suites. Smoking is permitted in certain outdoor areas. Smoking within the villa or associated suites and buildings will incur a charge of a full nights’ stay.

CAMERAS/RECORDING DEVICES: No cameras, video or other recording devices, whether live-streaming or otherwise and whether on a mobile phone or other medium, may be used whilst on the premises. We reserve the right to take possession of and confiscate any mobile phone, camera, video or other recording device and any photos, videos or other recorded images used or taken while on the premises.

PETS: Please note that we operate a strict no pets policy.

IF WE CHANGE YOUR ACCOMMODATION: Every effort is made to provide arrangements as confirmed to you. However, certain changes may be made to the accommodation and services resulting from, for example, maintenance of the property, weather conditions, local religious holidays and so on. Where necessary, we reserve the right to change your accommodation to an alternative of a similar standard within the hotel or indeed Tangier itself. If it is not possible to confirm a suitable alternative, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and an email notification will be sent to inform you of the details. In this instance your deposit will be refunded. The hotel reserves the right to review our accommodation commitment if operational issues occur.

ROOM DECOR: We reserve the right to alter the furniture and decoration within the rooms from time to time.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check in is from 2.00 pm and check out is 12.00 pm.

INDEMNITY: When you book accommodation, you accept responsibility for any damage to property or to the villa caused by you or a member of your party. We reserve the right to terminate your stay or that of any member of your party if, in the reasonable opinion of the manager, the guest’s behaviour is such as to cause damage to the property or to adversely affect the enjoyment of other guests. In these circumstances, full cancellation charges will apply and no refund will be given. Furthermore, we shall be under no obligation to pay compensation or meet any costs or expenses you may incur as a result of your stay being terminated. You will be liable to make reimbursement to us for any damage caused.

ADMISSION TO THE HOTEL: We reserve the right of admittance at all times and reserve the right to refuse access to the hotel’s rooms or other areas of the hotel. The protection of guests, visitors, the hotel and hotel property and the reputation of the hotel are of paramount importance. You are responsible for the conduct of your guests and visitors whilst they are on the premises at all times including, without limitation, their orderly conduct in the hotel’s facilities and that no noise or nuisance is caused. You and your guests or visitors must cooperate and comply with any reasonable requirements of the hotel management. Individuals suspected of soliciting or importuning, irrespective of whether or not they are a guest or visitor, will be denied access to the hotel.

PROHIBITED USES OF THE HOTEL’S SERVICES: You agree, for yourselves and your guests or visitors, not to use the hotel or its services for any unlawful purpose or in breach of Moroccan law or any other law applicable to the use of the hotel’s services. Examples of prohibited uses include but are not limited to: Commission of any criminal offence including the possession and use of controlled drugs and possession and storage of firearms. Discriminatory behaviour or other behaviour by you or your guests towards another individual or individuals within the hotel, including other guests/visitors or staff of the hotel, whether verbal or not, which is of a sexual or racial nature or is based upon disability, age or sexual orientation; Any form of verbal or non-verbal conduct which could be regarded as violent, bullying or intimidatory behaviour. Conduct exhibited by guests/visitors which invades the privacy of another individual or individuals including other guests/visitors and staff of the Hotel. Entertaining of courtesans or those employed for sexual gratification at the hotel. Holding oneself out as an employee, agent or other representative of the hotel. Taking any step or committing any action which may damage the moral standing or reputation of the hotel and/or bring its name into disrepute. Holding oneself out to be operating a business from the hotel’s premises without written authorisation from the hotel. Soliciting goods and services from guests/visitors and staff of the hotel without their express consent. Installation of recording and surveillance equipment anywhere within the hotel’s premises. Filming and/or photographing for the purpose of public use in any areas of the hotel without our prior written approval; commercial photography or filming without our prior written consent; and the use of our intellectual property including trademarks or trade names without our prior written approval.

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL (“FORCE MAJEURE”): These include but are not limited to war, threat of war, riot, civil disobedience or strife, government action, terrorist activity, natural or industrial disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, level of water in rivers or floods, closure of airports and may also include industrial dispute involving third parties, technical or maintenance problems or unforeseen operational decisions of air carriers such as changes of schedule or any failure in the information technology infrastructure or failure in internet connections. Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret that we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by reason of such events beyond our control.

HEALTH, SAFETY & SECURITY ABROAD: Morocco is a Muslim country which follows Islamic laws and customs. Be aware of your actions to ensure they don’t offend, especially during the holy month of Ramadan or if you intend to visit religious areas. You should respect local traditions, customs, laws and religions at all times. Sadly, crimes against both people and their property are a fact of life the world over, and when in Morocco it is very important to be vigilant and avoid drawing attention to yourself by wearing expensive jewellery, carrying expensive camera equipment etc. Travellers have the same responsibility for their personal safety and that of their possessions, as they do at home. We urge that you undertake reasonable precautions to protect yourself whilst on holiday. Guests use the swimming pools and pool areas at Villa Mabrouka entirely at their own risk To make the most of your trip abroad, check the Foreign & Commonwealth Office website.

HEALTH & VACCINATIONS: Health facilities, hygiene and disease vary worldwide. You should take health advice about your specific needs as early as possible and ensure that vaccinations or preventative measures are taken early enough to be fully effective by the date of travel.

GUEST MEDICATION POLICY: We do not guarantee that hotel room fridges will be in always be in working order or take responsibility for the failure, for whatever reason, of a fridge in a guest room to keep guest medications at the correct temperature. We do not accept responsibility at any time, for any reason for guest medications, whether refrigerated or unrefrigerated. This includes any medications that have been accepted by a Villa Mabrouka employee in error and in in violation of company policy.

ALLERGIES & INTOLERANCES: Any guest allergies and intolerances should be clearly notified to the hotel/restaurant/bar in advance of arrival. A member of the team must also be made aware of these before placing any order for additional food or beverages. Guests with severe allergies or intolerances should be aware that although all due care is taken, there is a risk of allergen ingredients still being present. Please note, any bespoke orders requested cannot be guaranteed as entirely allergen free and will be consumed at the guest’s own risk.
